Competent designers trained and accredited by ETI or its Agents, are obliged to comply with the latest Technical Manual and pay due diligence to AS5062 – 2006 when designing a fire suppression system. The Eighth edition has been released as the ETI, listed product, to Australian Standard AS5062 – 2006. The ETI system has evolved from its previous version, included in the new edition are the new products Superagent and Fire Wire and some small variations with fittings and clamps. There were no fundamental changes needed over the past year, to the basic fire fighting characteristics of the system proving how sound the technology is ETI utilise.
As technology evolves and new proven products are available the training must follow. So the ETI Fire School is a dynamic education system that is divided into the basic elements as listed here, they are structured for:

The ETI headquarters at Magelang contains a training facility that includes:
- AIR CONDITIONED CONFERENCE/TRAINING ROOM
- HOT FIRE TRAINING FACILITY
- LABORATORY FOR COMPLIANCE AND THEORY TRAINING.
This facility can handle up to 25 people with full on site catering and up to four star accommodations nearby in Magelang City.
